09/18/05 Health Insurance Plans Now Available for Members

South Florida Musicians Association is pleased to announce health insurance plans now available for members only. Both Primary Care and Major Medical plans are available, and may be purchased separately or together. Both plans feature NO NETWORKS--you cane use any doctor, any hospital, anywhere. Both plans also feature dental coverage through the Jefferson Pilot Nationwide Dental Reimbursement Plan. The Primary Care coverage is underwritten by Pan American Life and the Major Medical coverage is underwritten by Security Mutual, both A-rated companies.
