10/09/09 Judge Dismisses FGO Motion Against South Florida Musicians Association

In a hearing held on October 6, Judge Langer of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida dismissed Florida Grand Opera's Motion to Compel, filed against South Florida Musicians Association as a fishing expedition in an attempt to secure privileged internal communications from the Union.
