Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Recording Issues
Local 655 is holding a meeting to discuss issues of concern for recording musicians in south Florida. The meeting will be held:
- Date: Wednesday, March 25, 2009 beginning at 10:00 AM
- Location: Local 655 offices, 5861 SW 21 St., Hollywood (map and directions; please park on the north side of the building)
In attendance will be Dick Gabriel, Acting Executive Director of the AFM's electronic media department, as well as Local 655 officers. We would like to get input on issues facing recording musicians in south Florida so we can better serve those musicians, as well as draft proposals for future recording negotiations.
All recording musicians, AFM-members and non-AFM members alike, are invited to attend.
