Membership Meeting Scheduled

Nominations and elections for the following vacant offices will be held at the membership meeting:
- Office of President (first delegate to conventions and conferences)
- Office Of Vice President (third delegate to conventions and conferences)
- Office of Director (3 positions)
All active members in good standing are eligible for nomination. In accordance with the Local 655 Bylaws, nominations for the vacant offices shall be taken at the membership meeting from the floor, followed by a ballot vote. The newly elected officers shall be installed, and shall take office, at the commencement of the 2010-2011 term of office. If you are interested in being nominated you must be present or provide a written statement accepting the nomination prior to the meeting. Should a current Officer be elected, nominations and elections for the resulting vacancy will also be conducted at this meeting.
