Broward Teachers Union has filed a lawsuit to stop proposed school district health insurance increases. The Florida Commission on Ethics is investigating a possible violation by school board member Stephanie Kraft, who chaired an advisory committee accepting the rate increase, and whose husband is a lobbyist representing the district's health insurance provider.
