AFM to Launch Online Music Store

The AFM is preparing to launch GoPro Tunes, an online music store selling AFM member recordings. AFM members are encouraged to submit their music for listing in the catalog.

As an AFM member, you set your own prices, pay no upfront fees and receive back all revenue from your sales, minus only credit card processing fees. This is a value that can't be beat anywhere, including popular services such as CDBaby and Tunecore.

Sending music to GoPro Tunes is quick and easy. With a simple online interface, you can upload your music, cover art and album details, usually with everything approved and ready-to-go within one business day. Best yet, AFM staff is available for assistance every step of the way.

Concerned that you don't have an AFM recording agreement? Don't worry! The AFM's Joint Venture Report was designed with self-producing artists in mind, and they'll be glad to work with you to bring your previous or future recordings under this agreement. Contact them at reach[at]goprotunes[dot]com for more information.

The AFM's new online music store, GoPro Tunes (www.goprotunes.com), is now collecting recordings - singles, EPs, or full albums - from AFM members. They want jazz, indie rock, classical, avant-garde, salsa, bluegrass, folk and everything in between!

When the AFM gathers enough music to have a full, diverse catalog, they'll announce GoPro Tunes to the public, selling digital audio files (e.g. MP3s), similar to Apple's iTunes or Amazon MP3. Besides the storefront at www.goprotunes.com, you'll be able to link to your GoPro Tunes page from your own website or social networking profile.

Don't miss this opportunity to sell your music online. GoPro Tunes is one of many valuable services available to AFM members at no charge. Virtually every other music store is a for-profit entity - not true for the AFM's GoPro Tunes! And you can sell your music anywhere else you'd like; selling music on GoPro Tunes is non-exclusive.
