Bill Williams, Have guitar will travel! A Philadelphia native, Bill now lives and plays in South Florida. Bill is a rocking guitarist who is particularly fond of the classic rock and soul music from the 1960's and 1970's, which is reflected through the sounds of his band Tom Can't Stop His passion has always been performing live music. In 2001, Bill met up fellow Philadelphian, Tom Hannigan and together they met up and jammed with Robert Barr and Wesley White. Magic happened that day and Tom Can't Stop was born. The band's musicians are very diverse and can cover almost any genre of music. The band has professional sound equipment and takes pride in putting on great performances for its clients. The band has played at many notable South Florida events and festivals and has opened for some headliners such as Grand Funk, Eric Burdon, Three Dog Night, The Average White Band, War and Joan Jett. The band keeps their audiences entertained from big venues to small private affairs. Tom Can't Stop band is based in West Palm Beach but does travel throughout the region. Bill's personal musical taste is eclectic and thirsty; he likes everything from soft acoustic to Hard Rock. Melody is a very important ingredient to his musical taste. He said. 'Music with a good back beat is also a favorite'. His early guitar influences were the pop radio hits of the 1960's. He later ventured into the blues and heavier psychedelic sounds of the 1970's. His gear is high quality professional grade. The road cases are ready to roll. Bill is available as a guitarist for hire with or without the band. Bill is good natured and easy to work with and is a member of the American Federation of Musicians Local 655 and the South Florida Musician?s Association.
