Treasurer's Report
As of October 1, we have implemented a new computer system to keep track of membership information and all billing, as well as all other accounting information.
What we can now do
We can better track all of our expenses as well as all of our income. We have the ability to see where we stand on a daily basis, as well as to forecast where we will be in the near future.
What this means for you
We can now tell you exactly how much you paid in work dues, annual dues, etc. at any time, and we can give you a report of this at the end of the year; even if you have work dues check-off! We can also keep track of additional information such as fax numbers, secondary instruments that you play, etc. And we can create specific mailing lists to target just those of you that might be interested in the information we wish to send out. Saves us postage and keeps the junk mail out of your mailbox...
The Bottom Line?
Better accountability and better service. We will continue to make this office as efficient as we can so that we can spend more of your money on service to you.
