Annual dues for the Year 2000
Dues+Life Insurance Assessment= Total (semiannual payments in Jan./July)
- Regular Members: $115+ $30= $145 ($72.50)
- Life Members: $65+ $30= $95 ($47.50)
- Inactive Life Members: $45+ $30= $75 ($37.50)
Resignations must be received by January 14 or you will be liable for first-quarter dues
Check Your Pension!
Please carefully review your statements from the AFM-EP Fund that you should have received in September. Several members have reported errors, and new policies at the Pension Fund require timely notification of discrepancies in your account. If you are working for an employer that makes AFM-EPF contributions and did not receive a statement, please call the Pension Fund at (800) 833-1300.
New Inactive Life Member Category
We have received approval to create an Inactive Life Member category, effective January 2000. Life Members must request the Inactive status in writing. Please note that you may not play more than $1000 in scale wages per year and you waive your voting rights, but will continue to receive other benefits, including life insurance. The reduced Annual Dues for Inactive Life Members is $75 ($45 plus a $30 Life Insurance Assessment).
