• 3-hour NonCon: $113.30

• 3-hour NonCon(Fri/Sun): $124.63

• 3-hour Show: $122.57

• 3-hour Show (Fri/Sun): 134.93

• 2.5-hour Symphonic: $105.06

• Travel (25-50 miles): $12.36

Membership Meeting

• When: Monday, September 12, 2005 at 11 am

• What: Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws:

 Article VII Section 2 (a)    The President shall:

(c) Mileage Reimbursement: Vice President and Directors shall receive $20.00 per Executive Board meeting attended.

 The Bylaw Committee reports UNFAVORABLY on the proposed amendment to Article VII Section 2(a)3 and FAVORABLY on the remaining proposed amendments.

The following Offices are open for nomination for the two-year term commencing January 1, 2006:

Nominations are by petition; petitions must be received by the Election Committee no later than September 22, 2005. All members in good standing are eligible for nomination, and no member may accept nomination for more than one position. A sample nomination petition is here. Mail petitions to:
