Union Privilege Announces Scholarship Program
Union Privilege has announced that applications are now available for the Union Leaders of the Future Scholarship. These awards are part of the Scholarship and Mentoring Program to help women and people of color become union leaders.The annual awards, funded by the Union Plus Education Foundation, are worth up to $3,000 and can be used for tuition, books, and travel for leadership training at accredited labor schools, colleges, universities, and community colleges. Applications must be postmarked by May 30, 2009. More information and applications are available online at:
