The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation to award $20 million
The Knight Arts Challenge is under way and the John S. and James L. Knight foundation is giving $20 million in challenge grants to fund innovative ideas in the arts benefiting Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Their goal is to "help transform South Florida by bringing the community together through the arts." Individual musicians and groups should apply before the deadline of March 15th.
