That Union Thing

Teamsters Local 385 has filed an unfair labor practice charge against Walt Disney World (Orlando), claiming that the park has violated the constitutional rights of its actors. In a policy adopted by the park in May, actors are prohibited from revealing which Disney characters they portray in social or traditional media.
A new study published in Health Affairs journal shows that some hospitals in the United States charge some patients ten times the rate charged other patients. Average hospital charges are only 3.4 times the rate paid by Medicare. Of the 50 hospitals with the highest charges, 49 are for-profit hospitals, 20 are in Florida, and a majority are owned by Community Health Systems or Hospital Corporation of America.
