Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 14-11, 12 November, 2014, at Artserve

Meeting called to order at 12:02 PM. Present: Clippard, Kolcz, Apana, Van Eck; absent: Aron, Corcillo.

MMC to approve minutes of October 9, 2014 meeting.

Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report, membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on correspondence from insurance agent re: workers compensation audit; Warman re FGO lawsuit; receipt of report forms and pension payment for 2011 Castro sessions.

VP Report: none.

President's Report: Clippard reported on speaking to Salute to Vienna re: missing pension contributions and that they will now be using Southeast Florida Symphony; Neuenschwander hiring for Kravis Pops and paying scale wages; Turley paying scale wages for Kravis Cinderella production; meeting with BAA committee.

Committee Reports: none.

Special Orders: none.

Unfinished Business: verification of poll: MMC to send email to members clarifying Local policy on Turley.

New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to find A Shuttlesworth guilty of failure to pay work dues for Broadway Across America engagements.

Good and Welfare: Discussion of drafting proposals to IEB regarding orchestra residency policies. Discussion of issues with BAA hiring list, rehearsal scheduling, and interference from committee.
