MMC to approve minutes of October 24, 2016 meeting and May 19, 2016 Membership Meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
PBO grievance re SMA for musician returning from leave of absence;
possible changes to NLRB as a result of general election; scheduling of
visit to NWS in February 2017.

Report: Satterwhite reported on speaking to Mancini Institute musician
re JazzRoots concerts; speaking to Maciej re transferring membership to
655; meeting with Dilyana/SFS re unpaid wages.
