MMC to approve minutes of December 15, 2016 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
moving the office and cost savings from new location; declining
membership rolls; possible charges for conference room space at
Artserve.

Report: Satterwhite reported on conversations with Neuenschwander re
scales; Bowlby re resigning; Zlatinova re unpaid SFS wages and
musicians canceling gigs.
President's Report: receipt of written report.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule meeting for March 1, 2017 at 1 PM.
Unfinished Business: none.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to file charges against J Bermann and E Calle re violations of AFM Bylaws.
Good and Welfare: discussion of membership rolls and recruiting.
Discussion of Symphonic Newsletter. Discussion of SFS and MISO unpaid
wages. Discussion of wage scales at the various orchestras.
