MMC to approve minutes of September 23, 2017 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence re AFM TV negotiations; re Haitian Creative and Cultural
Industries Symposium; SFS re MPTF request; AFM re Celtic Thunder tour.
Apana reported on membership rolls, preliminary membership survey
results; speaking with FAU Library dean re KCO.

Report: receipt of written report. Satterwhite reported on speaking to
Birmingham Local re recuitment; reviewing BAA roster; that HMI is
performing at the Arsht Center; that he and Jay have been fired again
by Oliva.
President's Report: receipt of written report.
Committee Reports: Apana reported on results of PBO auditions.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule meeting for 12/11/17 at 10:30 AM.

Good and Welfare: Aron noted concerns from musicians performing for
Nu Deco Ensemble. Kleiman noted the benefits of attending the AFLCIO
legislative breakfast.
