Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 17-12, 11 December 2017, at Local 655 Office
Meeting called to order at 10:39 AM. Present: Bertolet, Satterwhite,
Apana, Aron, Kleiman, Reskin, van Eck; guests Bravo, Corey, Folse.
MMC to approve minutes of November 15, 2017 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
correspondence from AFM re securing contracts for Salute to
Vienna; AFM re expulsion of Pietreszko; AFM re il Volo pension check
returned unpaid. Dixon arrived at 10:42 AM.

Report: receipt of written report. Satterwhite reported on
conversations with Salmasian re BAA hiring list; conversations re
elections for BAA committee; conversations regarding PBO waterfront
cancellation.
President's Report: no report.
Committee Reports: Dixon reported on cancellation of PBO waterfront
concert due to weather and PBO's request for wage payment relief.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule meeting for 1/1/18 at 11 AM. MMC (moved by Apana) to approve 2018 budget.
Unfinished Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to affirm previous decision to file lawsuit against KCO for use of videos on YouTube.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to establish $5 late fee for
work dues totalling over $30 more than 60 days past due or work dues of
any amount more than 90 days past due.
Good and Welfare: Satterwhite requested that the scale committee
convene to establish a lower theater scale for the Kravis Broadway
series. Kleiman reported on attendance at the AFLCIO Christmas party
and speaking to IATSE re working together to help each other.
