MMC to approve minutes of August 18, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
discussions with PBO re return to work; members with unpaid annual
dues; nominating petitions received.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for October 21, 2020 at 12:00 pm.

New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to authorize disbursement of
attached list of checks numbers 4079 through 4098 with only one
signature. MMC (moved by Apana) to allow Artists for Biden to use SFMA name in support of Biden (Bravo against).
Good and Welfare: Discussion of MCB not using orchestra for upcoming season. Discussion of unpaid Superbowl new use.
