Meeting called to order at 12:05 PM. Present: Reskin, van Eck, Apana, Corey, Folse, Fuller, Kleiman; absent: Bravo.
MMC to approve minutes of September 10, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
PBO musician availability and hiring; communications from AFM re TV
negotiations and the Respect the Band campaign.

Report: van Eck reported on plans for SOA to present concert in November.
President's Report: none.
Committee Reports: receipt of election committee report.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for November 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
Unfinished Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to verify poll scheduling
membership meeting for November 9. MMC (moved by Apana) to verify poll
authorizing check #4103 for Sheridan insurance.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to continue existing pandemic
policies as authorized by the AFM IEB. MMC (moved by Apana) to
authorize checks #4099-4121 as attached.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of Main Event Talent having virtual
monopoly on corporate venues. Discussion of Vigilante dispute against
Kleiman. Aron arrived at 12:52 PM. Discussion continued. A request was
made to have Kleiman provide evidence that musicians were paid a
cancellation fee for Vigilante wedding.
