MMC to approve minutes of December 14, 2020 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
communication from AFM re NWS visit; IATSE re PBO negotiations; MISO re
paying musicians in full for 2019-20 season; AFMEPF re proposed
benefits cuts. Fuller arrived at 12:10pm.
Apana reported on 2020 finances.

Report: Van Eck reported on Broward County Arts Council restrictions on grants to SFSO.
President's Report: none.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for February 9,
2021 at 2:30 pm.
Unfinished Business: verification of poll: MMC to schedule membership meeting for February 8, 2021.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to
authorize checks #4161-4178 as attached.
Good and Welfare: Discussion of PBO COVID protocols site visit;
electronic committee meetings; orchestra continuing to pay musicians
during pandemic. Fuller noted that MCB hired musicians for a
performance in November. Apana noted that PBOOMA and BAA need to
conduct committee elections soon.
