MMC to approve minutes of January 12, 2021 meeting and November 9, 2020 membership meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on IRS employee retention credits for 2021.

Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for March 15,
2021 at 12:00 pm.
Unfinished Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to appoint Apana, Alamilla, and Whitney to Bylaw Committee.
New Business: MMC (moved by Apana) to
authorize checks #4178-4200 as attached and amended. MMC (moved by
Apana) to renew fgomusicians.org domain for one year (Aron, Corey
against; Apana abstained).
Good and Welfare: Discussion of MCB concert using musicians not in the MCB orchestra.
