Regular Executive Board Meeting Number 22-5, May 11, 2022, via Zoom
Meeting called to order at 12:07 PM. Present: Reskin, Apana, Aron, Corey, Kleiman; absent: Van Eck, Fuller.
MMC to approve minutes of April 12, 2022 meeting. Folse and Bravo arrived at 12:08 PM.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, and new members. Apana reported on
communications from Neuenschwander and Local officers re contracts for
Bocelli concerts.
VP Report: no report.
President's Report: no report.
Committee Reports: Aron reported on the Scale Committee meetings and a proposal to increase wage scales.
Special Orders: MMC to schedule Zoom board meeting for June 16, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
Unfinished Business:
New Business: MMC to schedule membership meeting for June 29, 2022 at
7PM. MMC (moved by Apana) to approve checks #4496-4517 as presented and
check #4518 in the amount of $108.50 for AFM SOCO per capita.
Good and Welfare: Apana noted that all officers are welcome to attend
Southern conference, which will be held virtually. Apana noted his
attendance at various AFM webinars and what he learned from them.
Discussion of making sure contracts are filed for future Bocelli
concerts. Discussion of establishing Zoom office hours once a month.
