GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, Friday, October 20, 2006 at 2 pm

 Officers present: Roitstein, Apana, Ballard, Chandler, Glansdorp, Satterwhite. 15 members present. Meeting called to order at 2:54 PM. MMC to approve minutes of September 2005 meeting. MMC (moved by Apana) to postpone reports until after new business.

Special Order: amendments to wage scales. Apana explained proposed changes. Discussion of proposal. MMC (moved by Hagen) to retain "shows with dinner, dance or other incidental music must be booked as a continuous engagement." Proposal adopted as amended by secret ballot vote. A quorum was lost at 3:38 PM, at which time the meeting was adjourned.
