REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
MEETING, Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM

Meeting called to order at 7:06 PM.
Roll Call
Officers
present: Reskin, Apana, Corey, Fuller, Kleiman, Proctor. 10 members
present.
A recess was called to wait for a quorum of members. During this
time, Jessica Christersson of American Income Life gave a presentation
on the no-cost Accidental Death Life Insurance Policy for members. L
Williams asked about simplifying scales for club date musicians.
Kleiman left at 7:30 PM. A Proctor noted that Lynn University is
soliciting professional musicians for $150/service and asked if the
local colleges and
universities have been informed about Local scales, to which Apana
answered that local contractors are and that there have been
discussions in the past with Lynn University and New World Symphony.
AnnouncementsS Whitney reminded members about the deadline for submitting election nominating petitions.
