GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING, Thursday, 23 September, 1999 at 2pm

Meeting called to order at 2:15pm by President Graves. Officers present: Graves, Fox, Apana, Ballard, Bahler, Scafati. A quorum of 29 members was in attendance.

MSC to dispense with the reading of minutes.

Report on the financial status of the Local by Treasurer Apana.

Report on the Recording Department by VP Fox.

Presidents report by Peter Graves.

Order of Business: Nominations of Officers.

· Office of Vice President: Lisa Fox nominated by Mark Trail.
· Office of Treasurer: Jeffrey Apana nominated by Kurt Hagen.

By virtue of running unopposed, all Officers were elected by acclimation.
