The end of the summer is approaching, the new season will start up before we know it, and it seems an appropriate time to reflect on some of the thoughts from previous editions of the newsletter.

Live Nation is soliciting and administering recording projects through its label, which is not a signatory to any agreements with the AFM. Therefore, recording sessions for artists formerly signed to signatory labels--such as Madonna, Jay-Z, and Shakira--are not covered under the Sound Recording Labor Agreement (SRLA) at this time.
