Musicians Association has teamed up with Pro-Surance Benefits Group to
offer members access to affordable healthcare from MedMore Health
Plans.
MedMore’s plans allow you access to a network of
physicians, specialists, urgent care centers, labs, diagnostic centers,
and more all at pre-negotiated set fees.
In addition to the network offered by MedMore, members
will also receive a dental plan (which includes 2 FREE cleanings per
year, per member), a vision plan, and a tiered Rx plan ($10/$20/$40).
The next page has a partial listing of some of the
benefits you receive from MedMore’s. Each doctor in the network has a
set pre-negotiated price. The member price is the range of prices
available for you to pay for services.
