MMC to approve minutes of April 23, 2026 meeting.
Secretary-Treasurer's Report: presentation of expense report,
membership rolls, bank balance data, finance report, and new members.
Apana reported on membership drive statistics, anticipated deficit, and issues with email being flagged as spam.

Report: Fuller reported on sending letters to musicians about our membership drive. Aron arrived at 5:44 PM.
President's Report: Hawley reported on having conversations with musicians about joining.
Committee Reports: none.
Special Orders: MMC (moved by Hawley) to appoint Fuller to the
Election Committee. MMC to schedule executive board meeting for June
15,
2026 at 1:00 PM. MMC (moved by Corey) to approve monthly
financial
report.
