Dance to everybody's favorite Jimmy Buffet, Reggae, Calypso, Classic Rock & Roll, jazz and Pop tunes, or just sit back and listen. Whether you want it hot or laid back, Gerry's got the formula for a guaranteed good time! Gerry Coe has played guitar since age 9 and professionally for over 20 years. He studied under the world renowned jazz guitar instructor, Professor Vincent Bredice. Guitarists Carlos Santana and George Benson are among his main influences. Over the years, Gerry has played and recorded with numerous groups and recording artists. He gained experience as band leader for Raphael Munnings, the writer/producer and singer of the 10 million seller hit "Funky Nassau". Gerry has formed in numerous concerts with the group "Miami". As a regular recording session guitarist for T.K. Studios, Gerry gained the experience to established himself as an accomplished studio musician. His musical career has taken him throughout the U. S., Caribbean and Europe. His musical experience spans a wide range of musical styles from jazz, pop and standards to R & B, top 40 and rock. Although Gerry plays a variety of different guitars, the Les Paul Custom and the Casio MIDI Guitar Synthesizer are his favorites. Gerry is presently performing solo. with his extensive "one man band" MIDI setup. He is also recording and is pursuing new opportunities worthy of his experience. |
