12/01/23 Official Business
As a result of elections conducted at the November 28, 2023 membership meeting, Karen Fuller was elected Vice President for the 2024-26 term of office. As this resulted in her vacating her position as Director, nominations were taken to fill the vacancy created. Elena Alamilla and Lucian Williams were nominated to fill the Director position. Secret ballot voting of those present at the meeting is currently taking place, and we expect the results of the election for Director for the 2024-26 term to be available on December 15, 2023. Thank you to the quorum of members in attendance at the meeting, thank you to Elena and Lucian for accepting the nominations, and congratulations to Karen on being elected Vice President!

Next month we welcome new members to the Executive Board. Kendra Hawley will succeed Charles Reskin as president, as Charles is stepping down to return to a position as Director.
