and just who would be judging this audition?
The audition is open to all musicians whether they are members or not. This is a sub-list audition so there are no specific positions being auditioned; contractors will be hearing all instruments.
Please answer the question regarding whether or not non-union players will be there auditioning and possibly receiving work over union players.
Also, will union reps be there to personally invite non-members to be there and strongly advise joining the local?

I would like to audition in both Classical and Pop areas? Is that possible? Bud Caputo, Trombone, 561-625-3658
The auditions are open to non-members as well as union members, and SFMA representatives will be available at the auditions to answer any questions and provide membership materials to those interested. As the contractors present represent diverse organizations, musicians are encouraged to perform both classical and pops selections if they are so inclined.
