Southwest Symphony Announces Auditions
The Southwest Florida Symphony Radu Paponiu, Music Director
Announces auditions for vacancies starting in the 2023-24 season:
- Third Horn
- Second Trombone
- Third/Bass Trombone
- Principal Bassoon
Auditions will be held on April 19, 2023 (brass) and May 11, 2023 (bassoon) in Fort Myers, Fl.
Repertoire lists will be available at https://www.swflso.org/auditions

Resumes and a $50 refundable deposit must be received by March 29 for brass auditions and April 20 for bassoon audition. Checks should be made payable to Southwest Florida Symphony.
Musicians of the SWFLSO are currently working under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement unilaterally imposed by the orchestra.
